MineKeep Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MineKeep, a Minecraft server hosting service provided by MineKeep AB, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Account Registration and Use

a. Eligibility:
You must be at least 13 years old to use MineKeep's services. If you are under the age of 16, your applicable holder of parental responsibility must give their prior consent. 

b. Accurate Information:
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and usage of our services, and to keep your account information up-to-date.

c. Account Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches at support@minekeep.net.

3. Termination of Accounts and Services

a. Grounds for Termination:
MineKeep reserves the right to terminate user accounts and services, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to:
    - Violation of these Terms of Service.
    - Violation of applicable laws or regulations.
    - Conduct that may harm MineKeep's reputation or interfere with the experience of other users.
    - Failure to pay for services or fraudulent payment activity.
    - Inactivity on the account for an extended period.

b. Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account and any associated data. MineKeep may retain certain information for legal and operational purposes.

4. User Conduct

a. Compliance with Laws:
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using MineKeep's services.

b. Prohibited Conduct:
Users are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that, in MineKeep's sole discretion, is deemed harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership:
MineKeep retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its services, including all intellectual property rights.

b. User Content:
By submitting content to, or creating content on MineKeep, you grant MineKeep a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise utilize the content in any manner it wishes, in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed.

6. Limitation of Liability

MineKeep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services. We assume no liability for data loss, downtime, loss of revenue, or other types of damage resulting from the use of our service.

7. No Refunds Policy

All payments made to MineKeep for its services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to fees for subscription services, one-time setup fees, and any other charges incurred. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refunds or credits for unused services or for any other reason. By making purchases of digital content and services on MineKeep, you waive your EU right to withdrawal (14-day refund period).

8. Force Majeure

MineKeep shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms of Service if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, or internet service provider failures or delays. In such events, MineKeep's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

9. Compliance with Mojang's EULA

By creating or using a server on MineKeep, you agree to comply with Mojang's End User License Agreement (EULA) for Minecraft, which can be found at https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/eula. It is your responsibility to ensure that your server adheres to Mojang's guidelines and policies.

10. Changes to Terms of Service

MineKeep may update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
